This newspaper reports that recently, Shaxian District held a signing ceremony for high-end equipment projects, successfully securing three investment projects with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. The projects cover the production of heavy‑machine vibration‑damping devices and headquarters‑economy initiatives, as well as the industrialization of advanced CNC forging and pressing equipment.
On the morning of May 24, the Jinsha Management Committee held a signing ceremony for high-end equipment projects, concluding agreements with Nanan Machinery to invest RMB 500 million in a heavy‑machinery vibration‑isolation device manufacturing project and a headquarters‑economy initiative, as well as with the Haixi Branch of the China Academy of Machinery and Min’an Machinery to invest RMB 500 million in an industrialization project for advanced CNC forging and pressing equipment. Yang Xingzhong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People’s Congress, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Director of the District People’s Congress Standing Committee; District Mayor Chen Xiaoxiang; and Huang Zhiping, Member of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of the United Front Work Department, and Executive Deputy Director of the Jinsha Management Committee, witnessed the signings.
The heavy‑machinery vibration‑isolation device production project involves a total investment of RMB 500 million. It will repurpose approximately 120 mu of industrial land and about 20,000 square meters of existing buildings as the production base, establishing 7.5 production lines for heavy‑machinery vibration‑isolation devices and 2.5 secondary‑maintenance support lines, with an anticipated annual output value of RMB 1 billion.
The heavy‑machinery vibration‑isolation device headquarters‑economy project involves a total investment of RMB 500 million, revitalizing 25 mu of land and the existing structures on it. It will establish a headquarters‑economy hub for the research, development, sales, business operations, and strategic planning of heavy‑machinery vibration‑isolation devices, with an annual gross output value exceeding RMB 2 billion.
The high-end CNC forging and pressing equipment industrialization project has a total investment of RMB 500 million, revitalizing 94 mu of industrial land and 16,000 square meters of existing buildings. It has established an intelligent production facility capable of annually manufacturing 1,600 CNC forging and pressing machines and 500 thermal processing units, thereby creating a high-end equipment manufacturing base with an annual output value of RMB 500 million.
Since last year, Jinshayuan has been steadily advancing the development of the high-end equipment industry and promoting the growth of the remanufacturing sector, in line with the goals of building, strengthening, and complementing industrial chains. The Liyixin energy-saving and environmentally friendly high-end heat-exchanger manufacturing project, with an investment of RMB 500 million, is on track to begin production by the end of this year. Meanwhile, leveraging Zhongji Welding Industry, the company is actively pushing forward the construction of the Zhongtai Qichen project, also valued at RMB 500 million, while revitalizing 120 mu of industrial land and repurposing the former Sanming Machine Tool Factory’s 30,000-square-meter plant buildings. These efforts are aimed at establishing a national research “one base and two centers” for wear-resistant materials—namely, a major national research and production base for wear-resistant materials, a National Research and Testing Center for Power-Related Wear-Resistant Materials, and the Fujian branch of the National Center for Testing and Supervision of Power Materials. Infrastructure construction has now been completed, and partial production is expected to commence in August this year.
