From July 9 to 12, the 2020 Xiamen Industrial Expo and the 24th Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronics Products Fair (hereinafter referred to as the “Xiamen Industrial Expo”) were held at the Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, this year’s expo focused on intelligent manufacturing, providing a professional platform for showcasing high‑quality smart‑manufacturing products and solutions from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, interpreting industry development trends, facilitating the exchange of experience and technologies, and fostering industrial matchmaking and cooperation—thereby injecting strong momentum into the development of cross‑strait manufacturing and the restoration of market confidence.

Despite the adverse impacts of the pandemic, this year’s expo focused on intelligent manufacturing, providing a professional platform for showcasing high‑quality smart‑manufacturing products and solutions from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, interpreting industry development trends, facilitating the exchange of experience and technologies, and fostering industrial matchmaking and cooperation—thereby injecting strong momentum into the development of manufacturing on both sides and bolstering market confidence.
At this year’s China International Industrial Fair, numerous member companies of the Quanzhou Equipment Association—including Beijing Jingdiao (Quanzhou Branch), Min’an Machinery, Zhenxing Steel, Zhensheng Special Steel, Xiamen Electric Motor, and Yongchuangli (Xiamen) Automation—made a prominent appearance.
“At this year’s Xiamen Industrial Fair, Beijing Jingdiao (Quanzhou Branch) showcased its equipment and technologies, allowing visitors to experience cutting-edge craftsmanship. Notably, this year the exhibition hall also featured a dedicated high-speed application‑experience zone, enabling attendees to immerse themselves in and appreciate Jingdiao’s advanced technology,” said a representative from Beijing Jingdiao (Quanzhou Branch).
“This is the offline trade show our company is attending this year, where we’re showcasing Min’an Machinery’s integrated shearing‑bending machine as well as Zhongji CNC’s laser cutting machine—a rising star in the domestic cutting‑machine market,” said Liu Wenjie, General Manager of Sales at Min’an Machinery. Compared with previous years, the number of visitors has declined somewhat this time. Nevertheless, as a long-time participant in the Xiamen Industrial Fair, Min’an Machinery has once again made its scheduled appearance, reaffirming its commitment to this annual flagship event.
Zhenxing Steel and Zhensheng Special Steel, which specialize in supplying a wide range of steel products to manufacturing enterprises, are participating in the Xiamen Industrial Fair. At the exhibition, visitors can view an array of specialized steel offerings. “In the past, securing a booth at the fair was extremely difficult; this year, amid the pandemic, our company has finally had the opportunity to engage in deeper exchanges and showcase our products,” said Ye Yuxing, General Manager of Zhenxing Steel.
